Vaughn was very personable from the 1st day we interviewed him for our big day. We knew right away he was who we wanted to handle everything for us from an entertainment perspective. Vaughn met w/ us multiple times via Zoom leading up to our wedding and was very helpful with our timeline & planning! Vaugh was also, very accommodating when we made some slight changes to our playlist & overall timeline and had everyone involved in our festivities. We couldnt have asked for a better orchestrator for our day!! We would not only use Vaughn again for a special event, but would definitely recommend him to anyone who would like to have one less thing to worry about for any planned event. Vaughn was professional and extremely helpful from our first conversation with him though our final songs and end of night announcements. He is punctual, both with the pre-wedding phone discussions, as well as setting up on the day of the wedding. He knew exactly when to ask us for more details, and when to let us sit back and let him figure things out. The sound and lighting were excellent. When we provided him with explicit instructions he followed them perfectly. When we provided him with very little instruction, he was able to fill the time and precisely match the mood and tone. He handled minor shakeups to the schedule with out missing a beat. We would highly recommend Vaughn for any wedding or event.
