Having Todd as our DJ was one of our very best vendor decisions for our big day! Todd was incredibly thorough and helpful in the months leading up to our wedding and thoughtfully guided us through planning a ceremony and reception that aligned with our hopes and expectations. Todd knew our venue well (which settled any worries about day-of logistics) and was always willing to connect if we had questions or needed guidance. Silver Sounds online system to create your customized playlist and day-of timeline was super easy to use and helpful as we crafted the details of the day. Todd is a great listener and was receptive to what we wanted from our ceremony/reception and absolutely delivered! He offered great tips and tricks without overstepping or making us feel unheard. He was always quick with correspondence and never left us hanging throughout the process. He also is just a fun guy with a great personality that will settle any nerves in the wedding planning process and will help make your special day run smoothly. Very importantly, our dance floor was buzzing all night! We had many guests tell us they usually dont dance at weddings, but couldnt help themselves and had so much fun! He took the vibe of our playlists and added in a few songs we hadnt thought of, but fit in seamlessly. Todds sound equipment was also great - the sounds of the night were top notch! We had a blast with Todd and are so grateful for the role he played in making our wedding such a special day. We had a blast working with Todd for our wedding. From our first call with him, we knew he was the right DJ for our wedding. He was filled with so many stories and understood the vibe we wanted from the get go that we looked forward to our calls with him. DJ Todd was the main reason I was not stressed at all on our wedding day. If I had a question or needed an opinion on anything throughout the wedding planning process he would not only email me back immediately but would also always hop on a call with me and give me opinions and different professional insights. Not only was he so much fun, but he really made sure to make our experience exactly what we wanted. A few days before the wedding we went over every single detail and he 100% stuck to the timeline, music we wanted, etc. He was so kind, introduced himself to the bride, groom, and their families. I can not emphasize enough how much he was personally responsible for making our wedding day effortlessly perfect. He asked me specific questions about what we wanted on our day, like if we wanted to take song requests, which is something I didnt think about until he brought it up. Todd (The Rock God!) was the most amazing DJ for our special day. The passion he has for his work is truly unmatched. From the beginning of the process to the end, he was extremely communicative and offered guidance on anything we asked. It is clear that he is a professional. He offered advice on how to make things run more smoothly and made us feel so comfortable in trusting him with keeping the night upbeat and moving along. He made announcements seamlessly and was able to keep the dance floor going the whole night while making sure we were informed with everything going on. For the ceremony, Todd provided the officiant and groom with clip-on wireless microphones so there were no microphones in the pictures. The sound quality was perfect. Todd was prepared with a back-up microphone, but it was not needed. Todd was also able to take our playlist requests and create the exact vibe we were looking for. During our prep call with Todd, he made sure to take note of the songs we absolutely wanted to hear…along with those we absolutely did not. Todd kept the dance floor packed all night. Silver Sound was extremely professional and easy to work with, and we were so glad that we had Todd as our DJ for such a momentous occasion.

Todd was absolutely incredible as our wedding DJ!!! From the start of the planning process Todd was professional, kind, enthusiastic and available. We felt confident after our initial phone call that Todd was the right DJ for us. He is a professional in every sense of the word and he has a ton of experience in the industry and even knew the staff and layout at our venue well. Todd was easy to reach via email or phone throughout the process and spent an hour and twenty minutes on the phone with me the week of the wedding to go over timeline and details!! We had a LOT of song requests and special songs/timeline events and Todd made sure he had every detail clear and specified. He even helped me with the timeline and gave his honest opinion on different things but stressed that it was of course our decision! We took his advice and suggestions and are very happy we had his professional expertise. Todd absolutely rocked our reception!! He played our requested songs, included all our timeline events and checked in with us during dinner to make sure things were going the way we wanted. DJ Todd was the BEST wedding DJ we could have ever asked for! My family is very picky about music, and DJ Todd was an absolute expert at guiding us through what songs would work and what wouldn’t, figuring out timestamps on key entrance songs, and determining the exact right mix and moment to transition the music during entrances of the parents, bridesmaids, and bride and groom, etc into the reception. My entire goal as the bride was for the dance floor to be full all night, and it absolutely was. In fact, a bunch of guests said it was the best music, and the most fun, they’ve ever had at a wedding! So much of this was due to Todd keeping the energy at the perfect level ALL night. It was also awesome to see Todd grooving along to the music as well, because it’s awesome to see a DJ having fun rather than just standing there! During the lead-up process, we asked tons of questions and had a number of specific requests that Todd was more than willing to work with us on. Easiest “yes” after “I do’s”! Todd was fantastic from the start. As a bride planning my own wedding, I greatly appreciated the stepwise online forms, and no sooner had I taken a look to initiate, Todd was on the phone to check-in! Communication was top notch - early planning, wedding week (timeline details call), and the entire wedding day. He also had some very helpful changes to the order of events to ensure things progressed smoothly while considering our specific wishes for the evening. Todd sought me out first thing at the venue to let me know he was there setting up and asked if I needed anything. I didn’t have to worry once about ceremony mics or reception setup. Everything went so perfectly; I heard from many guests that they enjoyed the reception music from cocktail hour, through dinner, and the variety of slow and fast dance songs at the end. We had a multi-generational guest list, and Todd did a fantastic job getting all age groups onto the dance floor! I don’t remember too many details except the music quality was great and I was also pleasantly surprised by the fun lights during the open dance floor. Todd was extremely professional and accommodating throughout our entire wedding process. He spent about an hour with us on the phone on the week of our wedding going over our timeline, pronunciations, and what we envisioned for our big day. We had an amazing wedding night thanks to DJ Todd! From our first interaction, he was extremely professional and we felt confident we would be in good hands. Both of us have had disappointing experiences when it came to our non-American names being pronounced incorrectly at big events such as graduations. Todd reassured us he takes these matters seriously, and he nailed not only our names but everyone in our wedding party as well. We are so thankful for the time and effort he put into getting our names right. Now for the music - Todd played most (if not all) of our requested songs and added in his own picks to keep the party going for the entire night. My husband and I cannot recommend DJ Todd enough!! I knew from our first conversation that Todd was a good fit, but after our wedding day concluded, he and Silver Sound exceeded all of our expectations, truly. DJ Todd was very helpful throughout the planning process. Though I only reached out a few times, he was prompt and his input was very valuable. Specifically, when we met to go over final details before the big day, DJ Todd provided us with a lot of guidance and thoughts, without being biased or trying to make decisions for us. Using the Silver Sound tool, we built the majority of our playlist ourselves. However, the songs DJ Todd did throw in were excellent. They fit the "vibe" of the night and worked perfectly. Now, when you hire a DJ you think - ok hell play music for the night and announce things, thats about it. Well, DJ Todd went above and beyond. He added little clips here and there throughout the speeches that really contributed to the moment. We were not expecting this and it really added to the speeches and engaged both us and the crowd that much more. Another perk of using DJ Todd/Silver Sound was how well they worked with our venue. The day-of timeline was all taken care of and we didnt have to do much at all. This really helps rlieve some stress. Overall, music and dancing was something my husband and I were really excited for about our wedding day. We cannot thank DJ Todd and Silver Sound enough for playing a huge role in making our wedding reception so much fun, and a night we, and our guests, will never forget!

Bottom line, Todd is/was incredible. He was extremely professional but in a fun and laid back kind of way. Every call and interaction with Todd really set our minds at ease. Every question, idea, or thought was answered with confidence and experience. We never once had trepidation with Todd. We had some oddball requests and edits from our first dance song and even our recessional song and Todd took them in stride and made everything flow seamlessly. He kept the party moving both from a timing of different events (mother son dance, cake cutting, anniversary dance etc.) perspective and a dancing perspective When we created our playlist, we had a lot of songs thay we wanted played from a laundry list of genres, but we also wanted Todds ability to play to the crowd and experience to keep people on the dance floor. So, we left a lot up to him in terms of flow based on our Playlist and he hit the nail right on the head. I could not be more appreciative of his time and energy in making the biggest night of our lives even more memorable and I would highly recommend him to anyone having an event of any kind that is looking for a DJ. He really brought justice to the name Silver Sound as that name will be stuck in my head forever because of Todd (no, I am not a paid spokesperson). 15/10. 8 out of 5 stars. Two thumbs way, way up. However you want to phrase it, hire Todd from Silver Sound for your next event and you will NOT be disappointed.

DJ Todd The Rock God was the best DJ we could have ever asked for! He spent a lot of time with us in meetings prior to the wedding to get to know us, understand what we were looking for, and make sure he got every detail correct (ceremony music, cocktail hour music, special dances, timing, names of bridal party etc.) He was available by his personal cell phone in the weeks leading up to the wedding for last minute questions/changes. We had no worries on the day of our wedding. We had 100% confidence in Todd and he proved us right! He played the songs we had as "must plays" as well as some other songs on our playlist. We told him to use his professional judgement on what to play. We heard a lot of songs we picked and also a mix of his choices, which kept the dance floor packed all night. We continually got compliments on our music lineup and were told that our wedding was the most fun wedding people had been to (thanks to DJ Todd!!). The sound quality was great. It was loud on the dance floor but you could easily talk to people at the tables. He also had awesome party lights! Todd is also good at improvising. We had an unexpected family emergency at the wedding, which Todd picked up on and worked out a plan with my husband and I. We cut the cake a bit early, rushed through bouquet and garter toss, and got the party going early (per our request). Todd was constantly checking in with us throughout the night. I do not think my words can convey how great Todd really was! I would highly recommend him for any event you have! You will not be disappointed!

DJ Todd was a wonderful DJ! We picked him because we had heard him DJ at another wedding and really enjoyed his selection. Im so glad we did because it was the right choice. We spoke with him prior to the wedding and he went over the whole wedding in detail and asked questions on things we didnt even think of but were important details. A huge thank you to DJ Todd "The Rock God" Frederick for all his help in making our wedding so special. My friends used Silver Sounds for their wedding and I was so impressed I knew Id use them to. I picked Todd based on his voice sample from the website, it was the perfect DJ/announcer voice. Shortly after I met Todd in person and we spent over an hour discussing the wedding and a ton of personable topics. I didnt have to look any further I knew then and there I was hiring him. Covid delayed our wedding heavily but Todd stayed with us the entire way, his positive attitude was a God send. Prior to the wedding we discussed everything single detail multiple times, even up to the day of, to ensure things were perfect. I cant say enough good things about Todd Frederick and Silver Sound! First of all, their online client interface is easy to use for payments, day-of timeline, and compiling playlists. Their prices are reasonable. And above all, their DJs are wonderful! We worked with Todd Frederick based on his extensive event experience, and we would recommend him to anyone. He is super responsive whether by phone or email, professional, has a great personality, and a smooth presentation "on air". We appreciated his working with us on our somewhat customized first dance song (an abridged Led Zeppelin song) and our obscure entrance music, which came from a movie soundtrack. The sound system was great - good sound quality and volume. Our guests appreciated his outstanding selection of dance songs - he kept the dance floor packed all night long! We cant recommend Silver Sound and DJ Todd Frederick highly enough!!!

We were more than pleased with DJ Todd Frederick for our wedding! He was fully set up and started playing music for our guests who arrived (very) early for cocktail hour. DJ Todd Frederick was amazing! From our first phone call with him to the wedding itself he was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He was super easy to work with and took the time to learn how to correctly pronounce every name of the bridal party (and there were some tough names!). Todd made sure that we knew what was happening throughout the night and checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He had the guests up on their feet and the dance floor packed all night long. His setup makes him super accessible, the lights give the party vibe and the Bose sound system sounds great and is very clear! I would like to HIGHLY recommend Todd Frederick for anyone in need of a wedding DJ. He is a natural with the microphone, friendly, down-to-earth and great at what he does. He was extremely helpful and responsive prior to the wedding. He was willing to spend hours on the phone with me going over every detail from providing song suggestions, selecting exact start and stop times for various songs, and he even offered to relay ALL information discussed to my mother over the phone to make things easier on me. During the actual wedding he was on top of EVERYTHING. He even stepped in to assist when we couldnt find our wedding planner as guests started to arrive. His strong voice and positive energy made every introduction seamless and all names were pronounced perfectly. We wished to play a mixture of current pop/hip-hop along with a mixture of Bollywood songs as we had a large indian population at our wedding. He knew exactly when to play each song to get people on the dance floor. If I were to get married again (not planning on this) Todd would be the first vendor I would ask back.

We were so pleased with our DJ selection for our wedding at the Down Town Club. Todd Frederick was beyond AMAZING!! From the planning process to the main event, Todd was invested in making sure everything was perfect (he even went out of his way to work with our venue to make sure the rose petal cannon during our first dance went off at the perfect moment during the song to get that WOW factor)! The dance floor was never empty and he took our short list of must have songs and created the perfect soundtrack for the evening. Todd was absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I were very happy with his services! We were back and forth with a few different DJs but after speaking with Todd on the phone, we knew we found our Dj. He was so personable and friendly! We didn’t have a playlist of songs that we wanted him to play, I was pretty much like “ I just want people on the dance floor having a good time “ He delivered big time! There were always people on the dance floor enjoying theirselves, and I enjoyed evey song! My father daughter dance was an Italian song that he never played before, and he went out of his way to find it and make my dad and I happy. Picking DJ Todd Frederick from Silver Sound was extremely easy for us to do. The Silver Sound website had all the DJs listed with sound clips, which doesnt sound like a big deal, but when trying to pick your emcee for the night, the voice is everything. DJ Todd did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding! He does everything over the phone, which I wasnt super comfortable with at first because I like having everything in writing, but I later realized that the Silver Sound client website was where I could put all my details and that talking on the phone with Todd was his way to get to know me and my husband. Online, we were able to request songs to play and to NOT play, which Todd respected. Overall, excellent experience with them!

We had a very positive experience with DJ Todd. He was very professional and accommodating to all of our needs. Due to all of the other parts of wedding planning, we were unable to send DJ Todd our playlist until 3 days before the event, and despite this time constraint, he was able to give us our perfect wedding playlist. Our dance floor was packed all night long, and DJ Todd made sure to play popular songs that were not in our preferred genre while we were outside taking pictures. This allowed our guests to be able to dance to songs that they enjoyed without us missing any of our own favorite songs. Overall, we were very happy with DJ Todd and would be happy to recommend him to friends and family.

We worked with Todd for our wedding at La Massaria on August 4, 2018. Todd was amazing, in short. He helped make our experience an unforgettable one. Before the wedding, we walked through what songs to play and not play and overall theme of the evening - we ended up being on the phone for over an hour having a great conversation, which really helped set us at ease for the upcoming event; we were in good hands. At the reception, Todd hit on all notes perfectly and the dance floor was packed all night. He was professional, energetic, and inserted just the right amount of personality to make sure the party stayed alive! We received compliments from our wedding party for the instruction and introductions, and he had the sound perfectly controlled for the Best Man and Maid of Honor speeches. When the groom asked Todd if one of the "must play" songs had been played yet - it had - Todd insisted that we do it again to make sure the groom fully enjoyed himself. He even coordinated for a large family photo to be taken on the dance floor - creative thinking on the fly while I was scrambling to find a location for the picture. A great touch as well: Todd closed with the couples first dance song so all guests got to enjoy it. We thought this was a great closing note and gave us an opportunity to dance to "our song" with everyone. We would absolutely recommend Todd to friends, relatives, and anyone else who may be interested. He was great, the sound was great, and the song selection was particularly excellent. Could not recommend him highly enough! Thank you Todd!
