The Silver Sound planning tools were easy to use and Vaughn made the planning process easy and enjoyable. I was impressed by Vaughn�s thoroughness in communication. He made sure that every detail was covered from the ceremony to the last dance. Vaughns song selection throughout the night hit the spot. He kept the energy up and ensured the dance floor was fun and engaging. Our guests had a great time, many of them complimented Vaughn on his DJ skills. Paul Acker was amazing and played a crucial role in making our Wedding a success. Everything went exactly as we had planned, thanks to Paul�s attention to detail. Pauls ability to sense the crowd and adjust the music accordingly was key. He effortlessly changed songs to match the energy of the room, keeping our guests dancing all night long. Whenever I made a song request, Paul was quick to play it. He showed genuine interest in understanding our tastes and needs throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything was tailored to our liking. DJ Todd was very pleasant to work with. From the initial meeting we knew DJ Todd was going to be our DJ. He listened to what we wanted and gave input when needed. He got everyone up dancing by reading the crowd and playing the right mix of slow and fast dance songs. We would highly recommend him. All our guests also commented on how good he was. His set up was inconspicuous but the Bose sound was amazing!

Taz was beyond fantastic. He was on time, very prepared, and extremely flexible. He found all of our music without a problem and everything from the ceremony to the very end of the reception went smoothly. My husband and I changed plans a couple times through the night and Taz worked through it as if that was the plan the whole time. He read the crowd and played the perfect music, keeping the party going all night. As a huge Penn State family, Taz even kept us up to date on the score of the game and played PSU fight songs! It was more than we could have asked for. We highly recommend Taz to anyone who wants to have an awesome time.

Vaughn did a great job at helping us plan for our reception. We had several unusual requests for music and activities and he was very accommodating to our needs. The music was appropriately quiet during dinner so that everyone could talk. We were all pleasantly surprised when people started dancing early and Vaughn adapted his playlist to fit the crowd. Everyone was singing and dancing right to the end! Good Job!

Todd was an amazing DJ and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. The main areas that stand out for us include: - Ease of communication - From our initial contemplation of using Silver Sound to the actual planning of the wedding playlist, Todd was always available to answer any questions we had and to offer up important guidance. It helped relieve a lot of the stress that goes into planning. - Timely, Organized, & Reliable - Todd was very dependable in that once everything was planned he executed that plan seamlessly. He showed up on time and the ceremony was perfect (even incorporating my non-traditional Duran Duran intro request). - Great Entertainer - Still today, almost 2 months since the wedding, my guests are still telling me about how much fun they had! This was so important to me as sometimes I hear people experience music that is too loud, etc. and they couldnt enjoy themselves. I am so excited that everyone enjoyed themselves so much that the memory of the day will live on for them as well as for us. To elaborate more on this observation, Todds sound was at the right volume for each aspect of the day. His excitement came through on the microphone. We even extended the party another half hour because everyone was having such a great time including myself (the bride)! I was fortunate that the size of the wedding was just right allowing both myself and the groom to cut a rug many times on the dance floor. :) We were so happy that day with a permanent grin on our faces and I know DJ Todd was part of making that possible.

All expectations met or exceeded. We had a long-distance bride and groom, and a small room with a high average age. Taz adjusted to the venue and guest mix very well, ran the reception smoothly, and provided just the right volume. Handled being given a song for a singers accompaniment at the very last minute. Everything was smooth and professional. Would recommend to others without reservation.

Vaughn did an amazing job as our wedding DJ! We were very happy with our choice of Silver Sound and Vaughn. Vaughn arrived early and had everything set up well in advance. He provided microphones and sound for our ceremony, cocktail hour music, and ran our reception. He pronounced everything correctly and had the timing down for each dance and the cake cutting. Our wedding went smoothly and we never had to worry about a thing. Vaughn is very professional and you can tell he loves what he does! He played all the right songs and made sure to check in with us throughout the night. Our guests were up and dancing the whole time. We would highly recommend Vaughn!

Adam Moyer recently DJed our wedding and did a fabulous job. We initially selected him because of his extensive experience and he had previously DJed at our venue. When we met him in person, we could tell he would do a great job. We gave him a little guidance on the type of music we liked and the guests who would be in attendance. Adam did fantastic job of running the reception and selecting a good mix of music. We had guests dancing and singing along to the music all night long. We would absolutely recommend Adam to others.

Vaughn was great to work with. The moment we signed the contract with Silver Sound, Vaughn called to introduce himself and touch base, which was appreciated. After we filled in the on-line playlist (months later) and other requested information on the web-site, we met live with Vaughn to review it and also so we could meet each other before our wedding day. At that meeting we reviewed the order of events for the reception and name pronunciations. Vaughn was always responsive via text and email too, so we always got questions answered and advice if requested. At the reception, everything went as planned, Vaughn was a fabulous MC, played appropriate dinner music and had everyone dancing all night. He did a great job mixing our selections of 70s and 80s music with the latest hits, played our "must play-list" and took requests. He even had our 9 year-old nephew break-dancing to "Moves Like Jagger"! In addition, the music was played at an appropriate volume so guests could hear themselves. It was a perfect fun, night! Thank you Vaughn for keeping us all on the dance floor!

Todd was absolutely wonderful! When we first spoke with him on the phone, everything clicked. He had a voice that just worked as a DJ. (I could here him making announcements like the guy from "Jock Jams". It was awesome!) He knew exactly what we wanted even when we didnt! (He was able to make suggestions on songs for the dances when we couldnt determine what would work.) We loved the stories he told and loved the fact that he had worked in an oldies club before, which really worked with our theme. During the reception, Todd was available early and all set up! The "BOSE" sound quality was superior and perfect for the venue. (I think all the quests loved that they could dance, have a conversation or both and not have to pick one or the other. The song selection helped too in that they didnt have to compete with loud thumping.) Todd was very flexible and caring while I was not feeling well. (He stepped away before beginning his part to give me a pep talk and to genuinely care how I was feeling.) He had no problem keeping everyone occupied while I regained composure. He was able to shuffle everything around during the reception so that it was convenient for us and not everyone else...or himself! (Despite the fact that we had everything scheduled to the m We didnt end up doing a garter or bouquet throw, but Todd didnt pressure us into doing so or stressing us with worrying that we didnt. A lot of the guests commented how awesome is was that Todd was not a complete stiff. Todd was extremely professional and personable and we would recommend him to anybody in a heartbeat!
