We recently had our wedding in March at the Hotel Du Pont in DE and our DJ Paul Evans was truly amazing, helping us have the perfect experience we had planned and dreamed of. Paul is great to work with, offering his many years of experience while being super-flexible/understanding with all our craziness in the build up. His sage advice and the Silver Sound organizational tools he provided really helped us improve many parts of our wedding plan, and I feel everything turned out beautifully as a result. He worked great with all our vendors (including outside musicians for a portion), all the Hotel staff and our day-of coordinator to make sure we had all details figured out and so we could adjust as the day went on. It was a huge relief as I was quite overwhelmed at the time, and I knew even before we ever met in person that we had made the best decision! From the first planning call Paul was incredibly charming and personable (the British accent always helps), and I knew immediately hed be a huge hit on the day. Of course, immediately after the wedding we received positive feedback from many of our friends and family. We especially appreciated that his calm and affable manner helped make sure everything was on track, even in tough moments, and that he really keeps the fun flowing by knowing the dynamics of DJing. Its a mark of a great professional to recognize if certain songs werent hitting the mark to change things up slightly, or adding new songs and effects to feed the vibe. One of the highlights from our reception was his playing the Ken Song from Barbie (which I was too self-conscious to ask for prior) unasked, helping to bring my MojoDojo coat wedding gift to life! My wife and I cannot thank Paul enough for bringing his best to our wedding, for his time and great energy into the late hours, and how he helped turn all our planning and effort into amazing memories that well cherish forever. Our wedding was rescheduled three times and took place during the pandemic. Taz Sellers was not only a fantastic DJ but helped us with any other questions we had along the way. DJ BINH!!!!! No amount of words can describe how grateful we were to have him as our DJ - he was truly amazing!! Our wedding was very multicultural (turkish, karacay, spanish, korean, and american) so I was nervous about having a DJ who would be able to balance all of that during our reception and he killed it! Every single person was on the dance floor which was all we wanted. Everyone after the wedding asked who the DJ was and how he did a wonderful job incorporating all the different styles of music. Prior to the wedding, I was able to reach him at any time I had a question and he would always respond in a reasonable time frame. He was very attentive to make sure all the songs I wanted to play were the correct versions and at the correct time of day. I honestly could not recommend a better DJ. Dan did an amazing job. He arrived hours early to the venue and worked extremely well our other vendors - the videographer and the photographer. What I really liked about Dan was that he made multiple efforts to come and check in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going well. He did not just stand behind the booth the whole time, he really wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. The other thing I really liked about Dan (besides the fact he went to Villanova and so did our entire wedding party), but he took the time to meet with us multiple times before the wedding to go over the schedule for the entire day, what key songs we wanted played when, and he made sure he was pronouncing everyones full names correctly. It was nice to not have to worry about any issues that might occur in the DJ department, as I have heard horror stories from other friends. The biggest take away is that I would 100% recommend Dan Breslin.

We can�t say enough good things about DJ Binh Nguyen. He was amazing to work with and kept the dancing going all night. Pronunciations were spot on and he represented silversound very welll. I would recommend Binh for any event in the future. He made a lasting impression and numerous guests complimented on the experience. 10/10.

Picking DJ Todd Frederick from Silver Sound was extremely easy for us to do. The Silver Sound website had all the DJs listed with sound clips, which doesnt sound like a big deal, but when trying to pick your emcee for the night, the voice is everything. DJ Todd did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding! He does everything over the phone, which I wasnt super comfortable with at first because I like having everything in writing, but I later realized that the Silver Sound client website was where I could put all my details and that talking on the phone with Todd was his way to get to know me and my husband. Online, we were able to request songs to play and to NOT play, which Todd respected. Overall, excellent experience with them!

Steve was absolutely amazing! Every step of the way was perfect. In the weeks up until our wedding Steve would check up on us to see how we were doing with the wedding process. When we wanted a spotlight that was different then the one the company usually uses, he was able to get the one we wanted and it looked perfect in pictures. In the few days before he made sure there was nothing last minute we needed and even sent fun memes to ease all the pre wedding jitters on the big day. he was set up well ahead of time and was already ready when we Started doing our pictures two hours before the ceremony. When we walked in to start our group pictures he started playing our first dance song. That was the first time I cried that day and it made for a great memory and a great start. The entire night went wonderfully. Every song that we asked for was played and Steve even added some surprises to the night that created special memories and helped get people out onto the dance floor. He was able to take the type of music we requested and play songs that were perfect, even though we struggled to pick them out ourselves. I have already had family members asking who he was and how we found him. Our wedding was amazing and his personal touches and music choices helped make it the perfect day we had

Steve was SO MUCH FUN! Even a month later we are still getting compliments on how great Steve was! From the first time we met him over facetime to the end of the reception, he had an upbeat and fun attitude. He gladly worked with us to combine our father-daughter dance songs and answered every one of our questions! He definitely got the party started at our reception and we wouldnt have had it any other way. We 110% recommend Steve and we couldnt thank him enough for helping to make our Wedding day absolutely perfect!

DJ Taz was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding. He provided music for my cocktail hour, ring exchange ceremony, and wedding reception. His cues were all on time, and his pronunciation of my family�s names (including many Indian and Chinese names) was very accurate and rehearsed. We gave very specific instructions regarding introductions of various events and songs, and he performed all of them as we had asked! I made a special request for him to transition between American pop/funk/soul songs, Bollywood songs, and very specific regional songs from Assam, India. He did so with exceptional skill, and seamlessly moved in between these songs by reading the crowd and figuring out what made them excited at each given moment. I also appreciated how he explicitly asked for everyone to come to the dance floor after the cake cutting to officially start dancing. This really removed any awkward and time-consuming moments where people would slowly trickle onto stage (as I have seen in other events). We requested quite a few songs, and he played most of them! Note, for many popular songs, he tends to mix them with dance beats, which we thought was awesome. However, if you really want to hear a particular song in the exact form it is in, be sure to include specific instructions. ***Summary: DJ Taz is very professional and great to work with. He follows instructions very well, is a very engaging and exciting emcee, and is a versatile DJ who can seamlessly transition between multiple genres. SilverSound is an excellent, great-value service to use for your weddings or other events.

Paul Evans performed better than we could have ever imagined. An important part of our wedding night was to keep as many people on the dance floor as possible. Paul played a variety of music that kept both the young and the old on the dance floor the entire night. He also read the crowd beautifully. If too many people started to leave the dance floor, he switched up the song to get everyone back out there. My mother danced so much that she ended up with a sprained ankle at the end of the night! In addition to the great music selection, Paul was also very flexible with the announcements. We had a few last minute changes with our bridal party entrance, and Paul was able to help and handle those changes in stride. My husband and I are so thankful for Paul and his performance. We will be recommending him to our friends when the time comes again and again.

Vaughn was an excellent DJ. We had an Armenian/Italian wedding and he integrated the music for both sides very well. He had the songs seamlessly transition into the other, even if it was from a different genre or a different language. He knew what songs to play to include all the guests and get them up and dancing. I was really impressed that Vaughn appropriately used the Armenian music at appropriate times throughout the night. For example, he played the slower songs during dinner which probably helped prepare non-Armenian guests as to whats to come as the night went on. I cant say enough about Vaughn! If you want someone who is going to get the party started, choose Vaughn, if you want someone who can do an Armenian weddings or a wedding with different cultural music, choose Vaughn, if you want someone who can read the crowd and get everyone involved on the dance floor, choose Vaughn. If I had to do my wedding all over again, I would choose Vaughn! He was also a really great MC keeping the guests prepared and informed on whats coming next. My family from Los Angeles that are used to really fun Armenian weddings were really impressed and satisfied with how the party turned out in Delaware considering that it wasnt the typical Armenian wedding and I owe that all to Vaughn. Choose him to be your DJ for your event for sure!

Wow, where do we begin?? We received so many compliments from our family and friends on how fantastic a job Dan did at our wedding! People kept coming up to us during the reception and saying "your DJ is great!!" What made Dan so special is not only did he do a stellar job with his DJ skills, he is a stellar PERSON, and a true gentleman. It was a pleasure to do business with him. He treated us, and ALL of our family and friends with the utmost respect. Dan was so on point. Theres no other way to say it. We had such peace because he handled everything so professionally and meticulously. He even nailed the extreme challenge of getting our familys complicated name pronunciations correct. :) Also, he made my nieces special Irish dance piece flow so smoothly and sweetly. We are so grateful to Dan, and we will recommend him to anyone we know getting married.

Steve is AMAZING. Before the wedding he took time to have phone calls with me to make sure he knew the crowd and understood certain music requests and timing. On the day of the wedding he showed up early and helped to entertain the guests during our cocktail hour. His music selection was great! He got the guests up and dancing right away. His choice of music for the intro to the Best Man speech helped quell the Best Mans nerves and set the stage for an awesome toast. He somehow even had the theme song for the most random movie mentioned in the Best Man speech (Lone Wolf McQuade) My father was skeptical of my choice to go with a DJ over a live band, but Steve proved him wrong. After the wedding my dad, all of his friends, and all the wedding guests in general could not stop raving about what great music we had and what a great personality Steve had. Thank you, Steve for being a part of our big day, and for helping to make it so special!

Dan was absolutely perfect at our wedding. He was extremely personable and went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking. We received many compliments on the music and people were up dancing the whole time. He used our selected songs and added some of his own selections that really kept the party moving. We feel that without Dan we would have had a completely different event. Overall We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received from both Silver Sound and Dan. Steve is one of the reasons I feel my wedding was a success! Steve had me and my guests dancing on the dance floor all night. (I feel like I didnt walk around to enough tables because I just wanted to dance!!!!) He is such a personable man, who was very approachable for all my guests who wanted to request a song. Steve would play their requests right away. Steves announcements (I.e. Dad/Daughter dance, cake cutting, etc.) were "well said". His announcements were worded better than anything I couldve written for him. Its like he knew exactly what I was thinking! I would absolutely recommend Steve to friends...I already have!
